Joseph (Joe) Fox

Fox, Joe passed away peacefully 10th November 2025 surrounded by his loving family in hospital. Devoted husband to Betty. Much loved daddy to Joe, Siobhan, Colin and father in law to Christine, Jim and Antoinette. Cherished granda to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. A loving brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many. R.I.P St Pio pray for him. Joe will arrive home to 5 Trenchard on Monday 10th November (evening). He will then leave at 9.30am on Thursday 13th November for 10am Requiem Mass in St Michael the Archangel followed by burial in Milltown Cemetery at 11.15am. The week before my dad passed, he said put my trousers on I am going to the balmoral, to that we said no and he was asked to give us a wee song and what do you think he sang, “show me the way to go home, im tired and I want to go to bed, I only had a drink ago and its gone right to my head”, he was a wonderful happy character and one that will be deeply missed by anyone who was lucky to meet him, so as Joe would say fill your glass and good night from the parting glass and in these words we say "May the road rise to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your face And until we all meet again may God hold you in the palm of his hand, god bless you daddy and see you on the other side.
