Bereavement Advice

The death of someone we love is likely to be one of the most distressing experiences we will face in our lives. You lose that bond and relationship and start to feel the various symptoms of grief. You may feel sad, angry, guilty and numb. All these feelings are normal and you must realise that it will get better and that time is a good healer. In time the pain of losing a loved one will ease allowing you to fondly remember all the good memories you shared. Talking to someone independent about how you feel and about the person who has passed is one way of making your life more bearable. Grief help is out there. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you feel down, speak to friends and family on how your feelings are effecting you.
