I remember a quick wit and dry sense of humour back in the day at Jersey European when he was still learning his craft. Heartfelt sympathies to Sharon and the family from New Zealand.

I was truly saddened to hear of Paul's passing.
I knew Paul primarily through our work with BALPA, the UK pilots professional association, this extended on to the international stage where Paul used his diplomacy to achieve beneficial outcomes for all of his colleagues. At the time of his death Paul was the Executive President of BALPA and as such was responsible for chairing several committees, It is said that doing this with airline pilots is like herding cats, a skill Paul had developed and deployed to great effect.
Paul and I also had a shared interest in general aviation and, to our airline colleagues' amusement, we spent many times discussing the finer points of visual circuits on to a short grass strips and the cost of minor repairs.

I would like to extend my deepest condolences to all Paul's Family and friends, we will all miss Paul's wise counsel, his support friendship and great sense of humour.

So sorry to hear this sad news. I flew with Paul when I first started with easyJet in Belfast 17 years ago. A real gent. My sincere condolences to all the family and friends.

I am so very saddened to hear this news. Paul was a true gent and an absolute pleasure to fly with. No matter how difficult or long a day you were facing, Paul always made it an easy day out! A true aviator and a gentle giant! Rest in Peace mate.
